Include enough information to find your account

  • Your player ID or character name, and your server / region.
  • Your login method and account email, if applicable. For a guest account, tell us it is a guest account.
  • A clear statement that you want your Earth2037 account and associated personal data deleted.

If possible, write from the email linked to your account. If you cannot access it or do not know your player ID, explain this in your message so support can help verify ownership. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full payment card details.

What happens next

  1. Support uses the information you provide to locate the account and verify that the request comes from its owner. Further verification may be needed.
  2. Our reply will confirm the account, deletion scope, expected completion time and any applicable retention details before processing.
  3. We notify you by email when your request has been processed.

This is a support-assisted request, not an instant deletion tool. You do not need to reinstall or log into the app to start.

Data covered by your request

The request covers your Earth2037 account profile, account-linked login information and personal game data, including character information, game progress and saved preferences.

Specify whether your request covers all your Earth2037 accounts / servers or only the account identified in your message.

Deleting an Earth2037 account does not delete a separate Google, Apple or TikTok account.

Before you request deletion

Completed account deletion is permanent. Access to the deleted account, its characters, progress and associated in-game items cannot be restored. Uninstalling the app or logging out does not delete your account.

Some transaction, security or dispute records may need to be retained where required by applicable law or to address fraud or an active dispute. Such records are retained only for the applicable legal or necessary resolution period. If this applies to your request, support will explain the specific records, reason and retention period in its reply. Records that no longer identify you are not account-linked personal data.

处理流程

  1. 客服根据您提供的信息查找账户并核验归属，必要时会补充核验。
  2. 处理前通过邮件确认账户、删除范围、预计完成时间和适用的数据保留情况。
  3. 申请处理完成后，通过邮件通知您。

删除范围

申请范围包括 Earth2037 账户资料、与账户关联的登录信息及个人游戏数据，例如角色资料、游戏进度和已保存的偏好设置。

请注明申请涉及您在 Earth2037 的全部账户 / 服务器，还是仅涉及邮件中指明的账户。

删除 Earth2037 账户不会删除您独立的 Google、Apple 或 TikTok 账户。

法律要求，或防范欺诈、处理尚未解决的争议时，部分交易、安全或争议记录可能需要保留，期限限于适用的法定期限或解决相关事项所需的时间。如您的申请涉及此类保留，客服会在回复中说明具体记录、原因及保留期限。已无法识别您身份的记录不属于账户关联个人数据。
